Here is what we need from you: General Liability - Lessee agrees to carry at its own expense General Liability Insurance with limits of liability of not less than $1,000,000 (unless liability limits are specified) for both bodily injury and property damage each occurrence. Groff Tractor & Equipment must be listed as "Additional Insured" on the certificate.
